What exactly do you offer?

We offer you a 100% guaranteed reserved place in Heaven when you purchase a Cloud from us.  We also provide a one-way ticket on the Airway to Heaven. Your Cloud will be owned freehold as well as being in the highly desirable Angel Hills area of Heaven.

What is included in the package when I purchase?

You will get the official title deeds for your cloud, a personalised ticket on the Airway to Heaven, an official VIP Heaven reservation pass, and information about Heaven. The documents look very impressive when framed and are all individually created and guaranteed to be recognised by official Heaven government agents.

Is my reservation official?

We are the ONLY licensed and registered Reservation Agents in Heaven. We are backed by The Board of Heavenly Officials and your booking will be registered in the Book of Heaven. Your cloud purchase will be registered in the Heavenly Cloud Registry. There is NO other way to safeguard your eternity, even if you try and live a wholesome life there is the chance you could mess up, with catastrophic consequences! We advise you don’t risk it…and ensure you book with us.

Can I reserve a spot for a friend or family member?

Most definitely! We encourage you to reserve a spot for a friend or loved one. Imagine spending eternity on your own without the people you care about? Pretty lonely...! We sell single clouds, double clouds or family sized clouds.

What about pets?

If you would like your pets to join you in heaven then feel free to reserve their spot also. It’s the only sure way to know that they will be joining you in the afterlife. They will find room on your family sized cloud if you remember to book them in.

Can I reserve a spot for a large group of people?

Yes you can. In fact, we recommend you get them now while they are still available. If you have more than four family members, please email us with their names.  We will send you an invoice for the additional charge - £4.99 per person.

How long will it take for my documents to arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 2 business days, although usually same day. To the UK shipping takes about 1-3 days, and overseas 1-2 weeks.

How will I know if my order has gone through correctly?

You should receive an email confirmation within 12 hours of your order. If, for any reason you don’t receive an email confirmation from us and need re-assurance, you may want to contact our Customer Services Department either by telephone: 0845 508 5421, or alternatively by email: sales@CloudinHeaven.com and we will be able to confirm the status of your order, and advise you accordingly.
